I finally had a chance to actually sit down and go over the Table Agreement and came across something in it that is not very clear....

Does this line mean that the displays that use clamps to attach to the table are no longer allowed? Is there a reason as to why?
They're allowed. Basically, you just can't directly tape/clamp/fix/etc anything to the things they provided to you, which includes the cloth that comes with the table. Just bring your own cloth or table-covering, and you can clamp/tape/fix/etc anything as you please. :) The rule's provisions has not changed from last year. Bringing your own cloth is nice too, especially if you can afford a fabric one. It just spices up your table a bit more. ^0^
