So who's seen it? When I saw it a few days ago. I was the first person their and only a few people came in after me, barley any people in the theater. Either not many people were intrested in seeing it or a large number of people saw it in the first two or three days it was out.
I should've know that the government was gonna do that in the movie when they dropped the bomb (or missle, I can't remember) on the town.The ending kinda leaves an opening for a third part.
personally, i figured they'd go for a "resident evil" umbrella corp fix at that point.
notice how the ending was basically identical:
Helicopter take off as city gets blown up.
Survivors: 2 male, 1 female, 1 child.
Government takes over: and random japanese person KNOWS everything.
ah, the standard ending - rinse, wash, repeat. :P
Not quite so random, actually. The last name of that Japanese person was "Yutani" As in "Weyland-Yutani" a.k.a. "The Company" from the Alien movies. Yeah, that bunch of corporate troublemakers.

Yup. Now you know how Weyland-Yutani knew about the aliens to begin with.
I hope that if there is an Aliens vs. Predator 3 made that they put it back into the future-setting and include the Colonial Marines in it, like they did in various videogames. We need to bring back pulse-rifles & smart-guns, motion-trackers, androids, etc. ;)
I saw this movie with my friends here in town.
It was so bad it looped back to amazingly good. Can't forget the sound when we switched to Alien-view. Wh-KSSSSH!
Ah yes...the "nuke it to save it fix"...
I didn't think the movie was all THAT terrible...though the Nuke coulda been replaces I think. Picture this: a Jesus interferes final battle. That would have kicked ass. Alien vs Predalien vs Jesus.
