Yes it is. I also have Anthy and Utena on there as well, but they need some fixing when I go back for color, so that's my reason for not showing them in the pic.

Since my friends don't seem to get my tattoos, I thought I would share my most recent adventure to the tattoo parlor with you guys. On one side, I have multiple characters from several series incorporated into one piece ( I know it's a weird angle and a bad picture, but it's not done yet and there are a couple things that need fixing before I will properly take a pic ) and the other I have waves, cherry blossoms, and one BIG red rose. If you know anime, you should know where those flowers came from. I know there are probably similar threads, so feel free to post any anime related tattoos. And if you see me at Fanime, I'll probably have it done by then so you can see it in person :D

2 in the afternoon will work...although I may be cutting it close since I also have the Kuroshitsuji gathering at 3 pm. But, I'm still planning on being there for our lovely gathering.

That aside, I thought I would share that since the beginning of the year, I have lost 31 pounds! I know I've made mention of it along the way, so if anyone feels like shutting me up, do so, lol :P
I've been getting my cosplay details together before doing any of the actual construction, since if I work on it now, by May I may not fit into my cosplay. I'm not worried though, it's all going to be worth it.

Hey all, new to this particular thread. Picked up the series not to long ago, but instantly fell in love with the designs. If you guys wouldn't mind yet another Ciel, I'll be there in an original design I'm working on. I'm really excited to see others there :)

I haven't been on in ages so I hope everyone had a lovely winter break and happy new year. I celebrated my 22nd birthday a couple weeks ago, so that was exciting. I have also joined a gym and have already lost 10 pounds, so my goal is to be a skinny ( or at least decent ) Ion for our lovely gathering this year XD

Anyways, hope everyone is doing great and I can't wait to see you all from last year and all new people this year!

I feel like I've watched/read a fair bit over the years. I haven't been very active lately anime wise, due to the fact that all my friends are home from college so I've been spending a lot of time hanging out with them and less time away from anime. But anywho, say hello if ya like!

There have been only two series that I have watched fully dubbed and that was Excel Saga and both seasons of Those Who Hunt Elves. I think it just had to do with the fact that they were comedy series and therefore, the dubs had to be improvised with jokes or things that would make sense to an English speaking audience. But anyways, personally, those were my only favorite dubs.

Y-con was fun!
Our Trinity Blood gathering was a little messed up for a number of reasons, but we did what we could with the little time we had with people or chaos around us--like being kicked out of the area we wanted for photos. :S
Didn't get to the do the "Di dies in Cain's arms" pic....alas!!
But we did get some fun and nice pics and it was great to see everyone that was there!!
Although I do get "blame Cain" for my missing the Bleach gathering as Ukitake! LOL! (however, it was worth waiting for Cain for the fun we had.)

Kimu! I'm loving the pics! They turned out really well! I like how this time around I actually made an effort to wear makeup so I would look somewhat pale, so I'm really glad I looked decent. I also have come to the conclusion that I am waaay to tall to be an Ion cosplayer cause everyone in the gathering is like, half my size when I look at past pictures from Fanime and whatnot. I'm still going to remake it for next year and hopefully my friend will be able to come along as a Queen Esther ( although, that's still up in the air, :)

On another note you guys, this may not be Trinity Blood related, but I really want to do another cosplay where I can re-use my Ion wig. It's such a convenience being able to re-use wigs and I would really like some ideas to good characters with a hairstyle similar to the blonde wig I'm wearing. I'd appreciate some ideas everyone. Also, a bit over 7 months till next Fanime! XD

Hey all, it's Ion Fortuna from our lovely group at Fanime this year! I haven't been on here in ages, and unfortunately for those that remember, I was not able to attend Anime Weekend Atlanta after all, and my repairs on Ion never happened. This I blame on work, and me being the world's laziest bastard. But, if you guys will have me, I still want to see everyone next year as a completely revamped Ion : )

And Kimu! You're going to be at Y-Con? I'm going to be there too! I'm going to be wearing Ion again ( even though it's still craptastic at the moment ) so I really look forward to saying hello. Maybe we can get some pictures taken? Oh, it's going to be lovely seeing a familiar face : )

Hey everyone! Sorry if I haven't been active in the forums, I have had no time cause of work. It consumes my life, but what else is new. Glad to see that everyone is doing well and particularly, Kimu, awesome progress on your Abel.

I have not tackled any of the fix ups I was planning for my Ion, due to work, and my own damn laziness. I swear, someone needs to light a fire under my bum to get going otherwise it won't be done by the time Anime Weekend Atlanta rolls around *bites fingertips*

OH! One of my good friends was so impressed by our group and the cosplay, that she is thinking of going with me next year as my duo cosplay buddy, Esther. I'm not sure what version she's planning on doing, but if I know her, she might go with the crazy black, poofy dress from the same artbook scene I took Ion's design from. If that happens, not only will I not be there alone, but our gathering will be even more fabulous. I miss ya guys! Hope your summers are all going well!

If everything works out, I'll be heading to Georgia for Anime Weekend Atlanta. At work, you have to schedule all of your vacation time months and months in advance, and since I'm low on the seniority list, I had to really look around for other conventions that I could attend that worked around others vacation. So, AWA was the only one that worked out XD

So, if anybody else is headed that direction, I'll be seeing ya there!

Others may not think it a big deal, but I was able to get all 8 CLAMP X/1999 dvds in two boxsets at the swapmeet for 70 bucks. Those are difficult to find now considering that it's an earlier release by Pioneer/Geneon which is now no longer producing dvds. So, to me, it was the gem of my purchases XD

I work at a local bank here in my small town. I do new accounts, and loan secretary duties. It's a good job, doesn't pay anywhere near what people think, but the hours are great. I work full time, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5pm. Only downside is getting time off. We have to schedule vacation half a year in advance, and I'm on the lower seniority rankings, so I get stuck with last picks. This year's Fanime had to be planned out since last December.

So yeah, that's my job in a nutshell.

I'm bored at work and being bad and using the internetz *evil laughs* How is everyone?

So...Ion need some tune-ups. Like, major tune-ups. To be honest, Ion was made in like, less than two weeks so it was a rushed job. A lot of it is going to be remade, like, pretty much everything. I'm actually going to make the chest plate out of plastic/sheet metal as opposed to fabric like I did this year. Hopefully I'll be satisfied by the time Anime Weekend Atlanta rolls around. It'll be my first out of state con if everything works out.

Oh, yeah, which reminds me. Plane tickets cost my f'ing soul! I hate it, a small piece of me feels like dying everytime I think about it. But, it needs to get done unfortunately, meh.

So, expect updates in the future with pictures of Ion's tune-up. Also, if anyone has an cosplay ideas that I can do seeing that I have that pretty blonde wig for Ion that could double for a second cosplay, please let me know. I love ya guys!

Good god, it's been only a week and I can't remember exactly what it was I was doing. Let's see....I think I was either together with my roomies as they were getting their badges...or we were doing Irish Carbombs in the bathtub at our hotelroom XD I'm leaning towards the Irish Carbombs, lol.

...Isn't the chick playing Chi Chi the same girl that was on one of the seasons of the Real World? And the fact that I know this makes me realize that I'm a complete and utter loser XP
