Hey, is it okay if we don't have a Naruto-related formal outfit but come to this gathering anyways? Because I'm thinking about going to the Black and White Ball this time, and it seems that this gathering's going to be lots of fun, it's just that my dress isn't really a cosplay. xD

Yes, it is black ^^ I believe there should be no problem, as I wore it to the ball last year and got through fine. I will be probably wearing black lace ribbon as an accent accessory.
