I plan on being there Friday as Tochiro Oyama from the Captain Harlock universe. ^_^

It's looking like I won't be bringing the Rat this year after all. ;_; He got pretty damaged by the TSA and I just haven't been able to make all the repairs and modifications I need to make to get him wearable again.

If skipping this year would be easier for people, I would be okay with that...

I plan on being there with the Rat! ^_^

As to date/time, whatever works for y'all. I know there was talk about moving to Friday to make it easier for some folk to attend, and that'd be fine with me.

THANK YOU AGAIN for organizing this, Charis! <3 I had a blast -- it's always the highlight of Fanime for me. The Rat got a little TSA'd on the flight home, but nothing that can't be repaired, thankfully. And I already have a few modifications/improvements to make for next year. ^__^

I haven't seen any photos yet, but I haven't been looking much either. I keep monitoring the forums for the official photographers to post their stuff -- if I find anything, I'll post it here!

So excited! ^__^ Tochiro is all ready to go -- I even found a Cosmo Dragoon (dude down the road in Harrisburg makes resin prop replicas)! Haven't made a holster yet, so I guess I can just stick it in my belt for the time being. XD I'm a little twitchy about packing it along, though, since I don't trust the TSA not to mess with the rest of the stuff in my checked baggage and ruin my other cosplay stuff. *points to user icon* But we shall see!

Remember the final shot is group hug with Rakushuun. Seem to remember we "declared" that last year.

Sage wants to let you know she'll be back with Taiki! ^___^ She's working on a second outfit this year -- the book cover from I think the third US volume, aka Pyjama!Party Taiki -- and plans to bring both that outfit and Regular Taiki. HER CUNNING PLAN is to make a new under-kimono so she can just slip out of one outfit and into the other during the shoot. ^___^

SO EXCITE!

I actually have one of those little hand-held sewing machine things I'd be willing to donate... I'll pop it into my footlocker of DOOM so I don't forget to bring it with! ^_^

I agree, option 2 sounds like the best one to me, followed by option 1 if there aren't any post-2000 outfits in our group. ^_^

Monday still works well for me! As does early-ish in the afternoon. I will prolly do my usual thing and stay an extra night at the hotel just to avoid changing in and out of the Rat in the loo, so I am totally flexible -- whatever is most convenient for everyone else! XD

Oh! I didn't know there was already a gathering started. :) So I am planning on one of the artbook versions of Yoko and I plan on having it finished by Fanime so I can attend.

Now that I have a moment to breathe, I want to thank Dany for taking up the reins on this gather. OMG I had so much fun! I can't believe the number of people we had taking our pictures. XD It's like, the Leijiverse stuff is kind of obscure now because it's so old, but dang, when people recognize us, they go BANANAS. ^__^
