LAN client isn't publicly available, pretty sure its only for official events.

I simply prefer mouse/keyboard controls, Also, Chivalry can be so... enraging sometimes.

This is I want to register with a group to make the pickup process easier as one of my friends can't be there to pick it up on Thursday. With the minimum number of people for a group being increased this is pretty much my only option to pick up badges early. I'm just hesitant about giving the leader info, maybe I can pay them back later or something.

Thanks for this post! It will be my first time staying at a hotel without someone else older than me to take care of the work and this thread is very helpful.

Can anyone recall how group registration worked? Can I pay for my tickets separately and be added into a group or?

The facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/FanimeCon) has posted "Our Registration website will be going live on Monday (2/3). For $55, you will get a full weekend membership. URL will be posted next week."

Does this mean each person will have to be present to pick up their badge?

I'm not too sure about how long the line will take on Thursday and considering it's going to be at 7 this year I have no idea when people plan on showing up. The worst part is that on my way home from school I always go right past the Fairmont but that's at around 12pm and I really don't want to wait 7 hours but I don't want to go home just to come back later so I have no idea what to do myself, I'm wondering what time others plan on starting to line up.

I live about 10 miles south of the con center, blah blah blah.

it's kinda' lame... so close, yet too far to walk.  driving and paying for parking every day is so dumb, right?

I live about 9~ miles away but I get to ride VTA for free due to my school :D
