Hey, I realize it's probably already much to late to register for a table, but if I were to want to do that in the future, how would I go about doing that?

You need to talk to Artist Alley staff for that. There's a thread for it under the Live Programming Events forum.
I believe you do need a full weekend registration pass though. So just register like you would a normal attendee.
