Wow.... it seems we AC cosplayers are cursed with wig problems..... I went through 2 but the first one was ruined under very mysterious circumstances, and later salvaged upon seeing the quality of the replacement....

Those are the exact same contacts that I was planning on getting! Unfortunately I doubt my eye doctor carries them (I can't just get them online), so mine will just be green (instead of my usual dark brown).

I won't be there for the gathering since I'll be coming directly from another gathering from a different series (I haven't mastered the faster-than-a-magical-girl quick-change trick yet), but I will be wandering around as Tseng with the rest of my turks sometime on Monday. I was trying to describe to my eye doctor what kind of contacts I was looking for... he kept giving me these natural-looking greens... "I'm supposed to be the personification of evil... I need something unnatural!" The last pair I tried were downright creepy, very reptilian. Which wasn't really what I was looking for, but I kept them anyway and ordered some others online.
Besides, who else but a bad guy gets to carry around a six foot katana....

Hopefully my armor will turn out well... the two over-pieces seem too big when looked at from the side and the pieces that go from chest to shoulder blades are too short in the back since I had to alter those pieces due to certain *ahem* anatomical differences between Sephiroth and myself... :lol:

That we shall! I'm amazed you managed to make your whole thing out of what I assume is pleather. I was about ready to shoot myself when trying to deal with that stuff, and I only had to alter a pleather coat and make my SOLDIER belt. I used nylon for all of the straps because it's easier to deal with. :P Yay rivets!!! I can sew... with a hammer! Mwahahaha :twisted:

I beat you to the punch again, I'm holding the Final Fantasy 7 gathering for Fanime 07, I was organize, but someone told other people different times and there was mass confusion. I'm not allowing that to happen again, that's why I made the Final Fantasy 7 gathering sign in the begining. Hopefully, this time around I will get approvual to putting up posters for the gathering with the time and the area it will be held in. I'm not going to let word of someone else mees up my gathering and exactually, the gathering turned out better then expected. But yes, Fanime 07 I will be more organize.
