First of all, I already got the costume down. All I need is the shoes, socks, (maybe a wig?) and, ofcourse, the crown.

I DO!!! X3 I have almost everything...or I can find it or improvise lol
I know how to make these little crown babies out of craft foam, fuax fur, feathers, ribbon and little metal snap clips.
Or other materials, such as fabric, plastic strip, duck tape, electrical tape, leather, construction paper, paper mache....etc.
These are actualy way easy to do...as opposed to armor and other such things I've done. o_o
you could use heaT SHAPED PLASTIC OR CAST IT SINCE IT'S SMALL.

after i sent you that i watched higurashi no naku koro ni (kai) and all of the rei that is out then the live action then read the first 3 chapters of the umineko manga and all i have to say is HAUUUUUUUUUUUUU OMOCHIKAIRI NIPAA and HAI NANODESU

LOL. I guessed not.
But its okay now. I'm making the crown in a different way... (a much crappier way. but, hell with it. at least I have a crown! xD)
