The location was a real challenge to get good shots in.  It didn't help that that the trees and lamp posts meant you had to get closer if you didn't want your shot partially blocked.

Construction will be complete by next year, so there will be new locations most likely. Also, since this gathering has gotten to be quite large, it'd probably be possible to use the place that the 60+ gatherings use. Just thought I'd throw that out there haha

I am well aware. lol I knew the gathering was gonna get big, so I tried my hardest to harass my friends and other AT cosplayers I saw throughout the day into coming so that we'd have 60+ xDD And adventure time is one of those things that's gonna be popular for a while, so we're gonna need a larger space for future gatherings! lol

I counted 86. :3 But of course, that's not including the people who had to leave early and didn't make the second group shot. :<

Just got home from Fanime, and I just have to say THANK YOU to EVERYONE who showed up to the gathering! It went amazingly and that's thanks all to you(and Nick Fury. LOL)!

Still waiting for a good photo of the final group shot to make the official attendee count, but I'm willing to bet we were way over 60, which means we'll have a bigger space and bigger time-slot next year! :D I hope everyone had a great time and I hope you can make it to the next gathering!!

I'm booking out this costume for everything I'm worth, but I'll be there as Steampunk Ice Queen!

+ Introduction:
My name is Kim, I am 22 years old. This is my 4th year at Fanime. My roommates Kelly, Allyce, and I are looking for two more roommates(female only, please)

+ Hotel Information:
We have a room at the Hilton(adjacent) with 2 beds from Friday-Monday.

+ Costs:
We want 5 people total(two spots available). If we end up with 5, it'll be ~$83.50 each. If we only get one person(4 people total), it'll be ~$104.25 each. Please pay on first day(Friday).

+ Requirements:
Female only. 18+ preferred(if under 18 I want to talk to your parent(s).). The beds are taken, so please bring a sleeping bed or inflatable mattress. Basic rules; don't break anything, be considerate of others, don't come in after 2am, no drugs, no sex, don't use all the hot water, don't get body paint/hair dye everywhere, etc.

OK It looks like our group is just about set!
I'm going as Rock'n'Roll Princess Bubblegum from the Marceline and the Scream Queens issue 5 variant cover by Kate Leth with a friend as Marceline. We'll also have a Cotton Candy Princess, LSP, Party Pat, BMO, a jake and cake/or lady! and possibly an Ice King. Woo! Lots of people.

YES. This is something we need! I was stalked and harassed my first fanime, so this is definitely something I think the con-goers can relate to.

The first post is up to date! If everyone attends, we'll have 68 people! :D That means next year we'll have priority with the schedule and a 60 minute time slot instead of a 30 minute one. Everyone PLEASE try to show up at least for the group picture!! :3

So I changed just slightly. I'm going as BMO/Beemo (not gijinka, but full box of cardboard and all :D). However, because of this, I just wanted fair warning that I might take up a bit of space... xD It is just barely fitting through doors(Still trying to obey fanime rules xD). Im hoping to even carry around game controllers or something silly XD Super Excited!

So, with how things are working out, there is still a small chance I'll be able to make it as Hunson Abadeer. I can't say anything for certain until my schedule gets worked out, but I always enjoy some Adventure Time, so fingers crossed.

Hello, I have a question I bet some of you can help me with, but what is the best make-up to use for covering your body with? As water princess I need to have a light teal/blue colored skin. What's the best stuff to use? Thank you!

For my costumes I use a combination of tights, arm socks, and ben nye creme paint(face, neck, chest, stomach, etc.)
