Update: Since too many gatherings are clashing with our own, we may have to move the time to 2:00 pm and hold our gathering INSIDE the con where the little stages are. I will finalize our schedule by the end of the week so hope everyone can still make it!

Hot Nappo is coming back to the gathering! This time with better music and better prizes! All Reborn cosplayers are welcomed to participate!
Rules for Hot Nappo:
If you're familiar with the game Hot Potato or musical chairs you should be able to understand how the game works. First, all the participants must form a wide circle. Next, one player will be handed a pineapple. Once the music plays, the pineapple is passed down from player to player. Once the music STOPS, the person still holding the pineapple will be booted out from the game. The process is repeated until one person remains.

Looking at the time of the gathering and day, I might MAYBE be able to make it for this year's gathering. It all kind of depends what happens with Masquerade costume plans at the moment (thus my MAYBE). If I am able to make it without any complications, you can mark me down as Yamamoto (which appearance I haven't decided yet if I should go with the look I had last year or another variation).

Greetings KHR cosplayers! I have been awaiting a PM from Touya no Miko about the day/time/location for this gathering which has been given returning status. I can see why the delay and would like to offer some help.
The location you have listed would put you beside the fountains on the Marriott side and you would like to run Hot Nappo 10:30 - 11 and the gathering @ 11. With Naruto already there at 11 it makes this location unavailable. If you would like to stay at this day and time I would recommend the tree area on the Marriott side up by the convention center. (FMS) you could have this area for 1 1/2 with no problem.
There was also a comment about moving this inside and if you are a returning 60+ gathering there would not be a location on the 1FCC to accommodate your gathering. 1FCC LA & 1FCC RS will handle gatherings up to 40 cosplayers.
I await Touya no Miko's pm with your decision so that I can post it along with 2 remaining 60+ returning gatherings.

Inside is fine with me! As long as it's somewhere noticeable and nice. I believe near the entrance would be fine since it's in an open area with people walking about. But like what Saphire recommended, it is a good plan too. Though it's up to all of you now. It's almost Fanime!~

Because are gathering is pretty small this year, we may have to move it inside the convention and possibly jump the time to 1:00 pm? The day will stay the same. Thanks for attending everyone. Despite being disorganized we still had quite a bit of fun. Sadly this will be my last year as head of the KHR gathering as I'm retiring from running gatherings for a while. Hopefully the next person who runs it will do a much better job than me.
I might be able to head next year, but we'll see. it will be great if it can be double heads.

Me and my fiance didn't know there was a schedule change during con time and thought it was still at 11, still missed it though since we were recruiting volunteers for the Con...and running around as Hibari and Mukuro with Volunteer signs. :[ But I hope next year it will be around 2 pm! We'll be there next year for sure though! Hope someone can lead this awesome gathering again next year, seemed like so much fun...
