Welp... It looks like I couldn't get my costume together in time. I was still working on it even up until now. I didn't realize how much work was involved in making customized armor. (First timer). I'll be there to take pictures today though! Lookin' forward to seeing your guys' costumes! :)

I might show up as a medical officer...but this is a big maybe since I'm still working on a couple few other costumes... >.<

@Tabbychan - Yes, I organized last years. (I went as 'Kitty Cat' Katarina). The turn out was great! Most of us that made it got a free 'Riot Squad' Singed skin code from a Riot Games employee that happened to be at Fanime.

Not sure if I can get it together in time, but I'm hoping to get an Amethyst Ashe costume going by Fanime.

Sorry, this is really an unofficial gathering for League of Legends. I did not know there were people actually interested in doing the cosplay til really late. I understand if people can't make it or don't have their costumes ready. No biggie.

I actually also don't mind that this gathering won't be on the official list. I'm just doing this for the love of the game and crafting costumes.

I will still dress up as Katerina and be at the fountains at Saturday. I'll be on the look out for other LoL characters. 8)

N00b swap meet seller questions:

I am pretty low on the wait list for a spot, so how will I know if there's a spot ready and available when there is one? Will they call me using the number I put down for registration? Am I supposed to be stuck standing by with all of my merchandise?

Say if I did finally get a spot and I sold most of everything I wanted to sell or had to leave early for an emergency, will there be someone to notify whoever is still waiting for a seller's spot that there's a spot available?

And lastly, does anyone know what the hours are for Thursday's badge pick up/swap meet? I don't want to drive after work to SJ and find that everything's closed til the next day...

Half of these are of me and my friends. We had a good time~  8)

Asian films/cinema took a hit.  It seemed like this year, there were less movies to pick from.  Some, I noticed were repeats from last year or the year before.  Additionally, they lacked information on site.  Usually outside the rooms is a board, and on that board there is a small synopsis about the movie.  However, there was no such thing this year.  I guess Fanime expected us to walk around with our pamphlet. 

Musicfest has gone down too, but at least they are managing to bring in hit bands such as An Cafe.  But to repeat what someone earlier had said, there was a lot of work going into this con.  And a lot of work that goes into it every year.  That's what makes this event so memorable. 

i was thinking the same thing.. every year i at least watch one movie. not this year.. what was up with the movie selection?

other than that, me and my friends had a blast. we did notice things were run a lot more strict than in past years. i just hope in the future it won't take away the fun and excitment.

I played a lil SC3 using Taki. I don't play the game anymore, it's been a year and a half. It was nice to get a small streak going though. I played another female player who used Cassandra. She was really good! I'm happy to see there are more and more girl gamers out there. :)

SC4 seems like it's all the same to me. We shall see I suppose.
