What foods have you put together that seem like a strange combination, but taste good (or bad)
I dipped chocolate cookies in Coca Cola
One time my cousin used Coca Cola with cereal as a substitute for milk when he ran out of milk and wanted cereal really badly.
That is nasty. lol
Well, I can't think of anything that I have done...but GOD I thinks it's so gross to put ketchup on eggs...or grilled cheese...or steak. But then...I have a firm belief that ketchup is evil anyways...so yeah. lol
My uncle put a ketchup on a lot of stuff he ate when he was little
One time I did put hot sauce on a banana just for the hell of it.
Don't even get me started on what I've seen and heard Mikey doing... -_-"

It is.
I just about eat anything as long as it tastes good. By most standards, it's weird and people get weirded out by it-- but pale in comparison to Mikey. He mixes anything with kewpie mayonnaise and sriracha hot sauce, and whatever sauce is available if at a regular restaurant. I don't see how he can be both well-versed in fine dining and yet eat like the way he does. -_- Uh... don't really have any set recipes or anything. Just sort of do it on whim, and work with whatever I got.
Ketchup + Rice.

Maybe he wants to find that taste he has been looking for God knows how long and is willing to risk it all to find that taste explosion?

Ketchup + Rice.
That's actually commonly done with a lot of Asians. And some recipes of fried rice are fried with ketchup in South America, which tastes awesomely good.
mayonaise with Bread. By Itself. I used to eat that a lot as a kid. Dunno why I liked it. I just did.

yeah it was white bread or french bread. It tasted hella good back then. If I did it now, I would most likely throw up.
Since everyone loves pizza and ice cream, I suppose it isn't that strange to eat them together. It's pretty good, actually. :U
But IIRC, there was a weird ramen place that served ice cream in the ramen bowl, so...

Vanilla ice cream and Cheerios! That sounds like it'd feel like frozen ice cream, yum. :9
I'd imagine eating the grapes and crackers kind of difficult, though... unless you sliced the grapes with a really sharp knife. Even if you ate the grape and the cracker at the same time, it'd still feel separate. I SHALL TEST THIS.
I miss kewpie mayo, But the peruvian mayonase taste like kewpie X3
I put ketchup or bbq sauce in mah rice, I love chocolate covered potato chips and heres my favoirite kicker chips in ice cream and saltines with Jam
Best combo ever. Flamin hot Cheetos and cream cheese. I coud eat those for days.
I used to eat cream cheese with just about ANYTHING
what's realllyyy good is cream cheese in an omelet :9
and cream cheese + jam mmm (sounds weird but people do it all the time i suppose)
also I think Monte Cristo sandwiches are pretty weird
deep fried cheese sandwich with powdered sugar and sugary pureed fruit? 0_0
but I tasted it and have to say, in all it's fatty glory, it was pretty good
my friend also ALWAYS dips her french fries in milkshakes....meh...

Cream cheese is awesome with sweet things like jam, sliced fruits, and whatnot. Yum. Monte Cristo sandwiches are SOOOOOOO bad for you, but so good. When I worked at a cyber lounge, we had a cafe next door that we could walk over to and deep fry just about anything. The cyber lounge sold snacks like candy bars, chips, and more candy... so deep fried Snickers bar? Not too bizarre, but possibly life-threatening.

In elementary school, the meal was always they same on Fridays.
Cheese or pepperoni pizza, pineapple, chocolate or vanilla pudding, and a salad drenched in ranch dressing.
I would always take the pizza and spread the pudding on top, then stack the pineapple and salad on top of that, fold it and eat it like a taco.
It was the most delicious thing in the world.

So much deep fried stuff! (funnel cake, cheese on a stick, they also had deep fried zucchini and mushrooms which were so soaked in oil that they were actually mushy instead of crisp =X )
And there was this crepe booth...oh man...I had a mozzarella and tomato crepe...sooo good
I love crepes ^^ you can put anything in them!
Jun, why the hell did you bring up the strange things that Pyron does? Now that image of him in a bikini is stuck in my head.
I remember hearing about a Sandwich that is was two small pieces of Cake covered in all this Batter and syrup deep fryed, then covered in stuff like candy and what not then deep fryed again.
the 3000 or 30000 calorie sandwich it was called I think, it was on one of those Food Network things, I heard about it like 5-6 years ago.

This is by far the weirdest food combo I have ever heard, and if I didn't have diabetes, I would have loved to try it. It came from the boondocks episode The Itis.
Luther Burger
"A full pound burger with grilled onions, melted cheese, five strips of bacon and sandwiched in between...two Krispy Kreme donuts."
Okay, so once in a great while, I'll go to IHoP, and order some Harvest Grain and Nut pancakes, and a dinner salad on the side.
A comedian said this:
Its weird how you can come up with all sorts of ideas when you're high. Like one time I was smoking weed and I said to my friend, you know what would taste great? A Crispy Cream donut, still hot, and fill it with soft serve ice cream!

Actually, kewpie mayonnaise and curry is very good. It also moistens the rice if the curry and rice were together as leftovers. If you put regular American mayonnaise, though... I wouldn't know what that person would be thinking.

My sister does Corned Beef dipped in Rice Wine Vinegar.
Me? Did I mention the Bad Dog? 1/4 lb polish sausage stuffed with pepper jack wrapped in bacon and deep fried, then served on a bun...yeah that's weird but AWESOME
I like spaghetti sandwiches. Just cook up spaghetti like normal, put enough sauce on to give it taste but not make it runny and throw it on some bread. Enough carbs to kill a elephant but so good.

<Waitress comes back with butter.>
Mikey: <Plop. Dumps butter into Pepsi.>
... I don't remember how it came up.

Nothing's as bad as when Mikey did this...

Well, how was it or is that a question for Mikey to answer?

M'eh that's nothing... iHop. They had steak and pancake deal. So i asked for virtually every sauce they had (ranch, thousand island, about a 1/4 bottle of tobasaco, honey mustard, butter, mayo, etc.) Put my scrambled eggs on my steak all the sauced, and wrapped it in a pancake. Put all the different syrups into my coke (blueberry, strawberry, Maple, and LIGHT!) and not a small amount at all. Then I put a table spoon of butter into my pepsi, stirred it with my awesome pancake sandwich(it diluted the sauce into the pepsi) and ate it. Then drank the pepsi... asked the waitress for a refill who looked at my cup and nearly threw up, then asked her if she'd like any.
I think there's pictures and videos of it. I should ask Jon Mesina, I know he took pics.
I ate Poptarts with those little spicy green peppers once!
I love dipping frenchfries in vanilla ice cream or milkshakes, french fries in honey, grilled pb&j is also good. Oh! And eating cheese quesadillas with cream cheese is good!
Cheese and apples too...

Wow...that's just...Wow. Did you do that on a dare or did it just sound like a good idea at the time? I have to admit that I'm not that brave with food combinations. It must have been a memorable meal for everyone involved.

I do stuff like that all the time. It's nothing strange for me, and most of my friends are used to it already.

Considering on how many people are interested by the "Luther Burger" we should maybe think about having a gourmet race 4, and have it at someones house and make "Luther Burgers" for the competitors. Just an idea, not sure if we should go with it or not. Just some wishful thinking.
wow...what a co-inky-dink...i just concocted something earlier tonight that i totally regret.
i had a bowl of day-old KFC mashed potatoes and gravy. i chucked in a sliced kielbasa in the bowl.
...
never again.

I had something similar during an atlus bbq. All of the Atlus staff decided to have a bbq, so we bought a bunch of burgers, brats, hot dogs, donuts, and all the bbq stuff you normally get. So I got two jelly donuts, 2 burger patties, a brat cut in half length wise 6 strips of bacon wrapped around the burger patties and brats, an egg, 3 slices of cheese, and this "death" hot sauce(it wasn't THAT hot... probably like... a 9 on the Cluck U scale). Then I dipped it in mayo/ranch each bite.
candied rose petals
i used the recipe i found in "Gothic Lolita bible"
too sweet to eat but i put it in my tea made it taste a whole lot better

The kids came up with a new one today. The whole TABLE was dipping their sour cream and onion Pringles into some nasty neon pink colored yogurt and eating it. They say it was good. This was bad enough..then one of the kids started putting it in his salad and eating it....oh my goodness...I nearly puked looking at this mix of Pringle and neon pink and salad...it was nasty.

I teach at an elementary school in Reno, NV. Right now it's summer program so there's a lot fewer kids...let's see that table was mostly 2nd graders...with stomachs of STEEL.

I one ate five year old baloney. ;D
Gotta give Oscar Meyer credit for their packaging. It kept the baloney in good condition in the freezer for the five years. when it thawed out it was just fine. No freezer burns and such.
