I'm so happy that they will finish Rozen Maiden and Higurashi. Now I will buy said box of the DVD's and start getting the DVD's too of RM lol XD.

so wait, if theyre going to produce "new" domestic DVD's does that mean the voice actors will change? or was the 'entire' series of an anime was already dubbed before production of DVDs?

It means that Geneon will handle all the production aspects while Funimation markets and distributes said tittles.

So Funimation gets executive control over Geneon titles?
Who else isn't enthusiastic about this? I mean, sure, at least it isn't 4kids, but...
All the Geneon shows have had their dub track finished way before Geneon wnet under. So the actors will stay the same. I am very happy that funimation haspicked up the titles. Now my incomplete dvd sets can be finished.
Well that's good news, when have some money I'll buy some DVD's now :D
