Near exactly a year ago, I, TC X0 Lt 0X, rented a LOT of manga and anime DVDs from my local library. about 1 month later they send in the mail a late notice which says I owe a late fee for the books. So I packed it all up and headed to the library. I pretty much just through the garbage bag of some odd 30 books/DVDs onto the counter, the lady checked them in, and I went on my way. 1 month later, I get another late notice, stating that the books where considered lost know because a certain time has passed or something sense I checked them out. It saided I owed 700+ Dollers (The library seems to think I had to pay both to replace the books and for the books being late, those basterds). I was pretty pested-off, as I knew that I returned the books, and I had 2 people who supported the fact. I was not going to pay no $700 just so I can keep on checking books out. Fast Forward to present day. My mother asked me if I could go help her set up jump houses (thats right, jump houses that you jump in, my papa owns the business, A1-FunJump, yellowpages).
After loading 2 jumpers into the back of the truck, I noticed a old garbage bag in it. Inside the bag where the books that I owed to the library. I was like "WTF?". I asked my mom about them, and she said she found them in one of my papa's cars. She remembered me bringing the books into the library also, so it made no sense.
WTF?
Wow that is really something else. Maybe you returned the wrong books? IDK well maybe you can just slide them into the after hours drop in the middle of the night and act like they had been there the whole time and then blame the library for the mix up? lol
Wow, that's hecka funky. Time-slip zone in the library!! Haha...
I have like, 4 books that I've never returned and I had my library send me a notice saying they'd contact the IRS or something because I owed a lot of money (apparently). >.>;;
Yeah, my credit score is going down the toilet.

No, no, I kept all the books in a plastic garbage bag, and I would never go and rent a book with out returning my stuff back. And regardless of that, I've only rented twice on the card.

Why are you treating their stuff like that? Especially dvds. You could've at least put them in a box or something.

They actually gave me the garbage bag, as the normal library bag would not fit all of it. =3
And I did not treating them bad at all, they where organized so that the durable books, were at the bottom, fragile DVDs at top. I would not just throw the stuff in...
Also throw would not be the totally proper term in what was done.
Wow I haven't been to a library to get books in ages... o.O;;; i'm usually working when they're open so i can't go after work
