Please take note~~ Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

But back to the topic of what to do during/after the gathering. On the coscom forums, cosplayers have been talking about going out for lunch. I like the idea of going out after the gathering and getting lunch, since it'll be around lunch time anyways! So if anyone is up for that, we all can get together and talk to each other during the gathering and see where everyone wants to go.
I'd vote for some place where we all can pay for our own food individually.
So I'll go ahead and edit the first post again, putting down a section of stuff we all can do during the gathering. It'd be cool if like, it included stuff like, what kind of photos we all should do :3

Well since I live only 2 blocks away from Fanime, I'll go ahead and walk around to see some of the restaurant.
If you like I can help find and tell you some places. There's a sushi restaurant, Thai food, Indian, Johnny Rocket, Pita Pit and so on.

D'oh! I'm running the Pokemon D/P/Pl during the gathering, but I suppose it's okay because nobody else is doing Eternia. Look for me though, I'll be Keele :3

I will be going as Sheena and my boyfriend will be Zelos. I'm not sure we'll come to the gathering in costume because I made the Zelos costume and I don't feel like I did a good job so I'd be embarrassed to show it off among good looking Zelos costumes. It's my first year doing cosplay and I'm feeling very self-conscious about my efforts. But we will definitely come by to take pictures regardless.
heyyy the tales gathering was ok, but the abyss people were taking all the spotlight pretty much while all the symphonia people sat next to the light pole haha. can i get peoples facebooks or myspaces if we met? i was Marta at the gathering.
I agree! Maybe those of us from Symphonia should have been more pushy...but it was still fun! Maybe next year...
