Here's my problem, I'm supposed to help one of my friends pick out a cosplay costume, simple enough normally, but he's a big guy, not big around the butt or tummy, but big in the muscles department.
Think Jack Krauser (who has been denied for cosplay).
Also, he hates Naruto and Final Fantasy, he's a brunette, and he has massive Sylar-esque eyebrows.

Harima from school Rumble, Chad from Bleach, Brandon from Gungrave (anime version)... Ummmmm who else... I can't think of anyone else off the top of my head but keep looking there are lots of options out there!!!
If your friend has a sense of humor.. Kamen No Maid Guy. Look it up. He'll sure draw a crowd with this one. and if he's as muscle-y as i think you're hinting at, this is perfect.
I'd love to catch just one guy dressed up at that masked maid dude!!! it would be so awesome.
