Well, it's been a while since one of these topics have risen up. Since I have nothing to watch now...I'll start one!
So, what have anime have recently finished or been watching lately? Just list and give small details such as genre and brief intro.
Scrapped Princess - Execellent! A medieval story about a princess who is exiled because she is destined to destroy the world. A story of a young girl who leads a rough life having only a few friends and her dear brother and sister to protect her while the world is after her! If you like an action-packed anime, you gotta get this one! Nice character development too...
Onegai Twins - In a sense, different from the Teacher, yet, has the same feeling. It's awesome to see some of the old characters make occasional appearances in the oh so short series. There is good character development, and a decent plot. But I felt it was a bit...well...boring.
Gundam SEED - AWESOME! I loved this series and I must say that this is probably one of my favorite gundam series along side 08th MS Team. There is some good character development a nice plot, and some robots getting the SHIT BLOWN OUT OF EM!
And that's all I've seen lately. Currently rewatching 08th MS Team, and starting Last Exile...
Wolf's Rain is what I've been watching most recently, despite the craptacular opening song XD Beautiful animation and scenery, it's gotten me hooked now and I'm having to bug my friend to send me another CD ^^ I'd recommend it. Lovely animation, good storyline and interesting characters.
ehehe i am way behind on most things. i still havent finished trigun or cowboy bebop. the only two series ive seen all of are FLCL and Love Hina! i blame my lack of funds...
I'm collecting episodes of Da Capo.....good stuff....if you like Drama-comedies ^^.
i dl inuyasha

Da Capo is excessively shoujo cute. I'm getting it just to oogle over the characters.
1,2,3,4,5......I wanna try that myself XD!
My most recent was Saishu Heiki Kanojo..
I'd strongly recommend it..
If you can handle some SERIOUS drama...
Gave it to a friend of mine, he brought it back half way through unable to handle anymore :)

Ya...that was depressing. I mean...how many people did NOT die? Oops...did I ruin it for someone? I hope not.
Anyway, what is this Da Capo people are talking about. Can anyone direct me to a review or some screenshots. I love those drama/comedy types. (hopefully its more comedy than drama?)
New titles I'm aiming to screen at Fanime next year....hopefully they won't get licensed before then.
-Cinderella Boy (new anime from Monkey Punch)
-F-Zero
-Yami to boushi to hon no tabibito (Traveller Yami, Hat and Book)
-Gunslinger Girl
Gunslinger Girl might get licensed....there have been rumors floating around who has the rights to it, but no company has been forward about it.
Right now, I want to see:
Scrapped Princess
Da Capo
Gundam Evolve
V Gundam
Macross Zero
Series I'm currently watching:
Live Action Sailor Moon
PM me if you want a copy. I cam make the VCD's for you guys :D
Gundam Evolve can be found here:
http://a.scarywater.net/solar/
Bit torrents... :D
Cloud: I find a site where you can get it on a VCD. the site is called
http://www.projectanime.net/
and is cheap too. I will get it that way instead.
Yeah...Da Capo is more comedy...but the character designs are really...hehehehe :  blush:
I want a plushie of that cat XD
Jinnai blushing? This I gotta see...*googles Da Capo*
Its another "one guy, loads of girls" type of series. 8)
I give it a PG-13 for its "fan-service" XD
Ok, so its not new....but its sorta an anime!
I really REALLY wanna play Dancing Blade 8.8
Air Master and Naruto are always good
Rick S.
Currently tracking:
Gunslinger Girl
Peacemaker Kurogane
Full Metal Alchemist
Planet ES
Avenger
Gilgamesh
Tsukihime
All seem to have a lot of potential. Hopefully they get better as they go along.
8.8 is a face....has nothing to do with the title ^.^00
cinderalla boy. if you like lupin, you'll like this series i think.
gunslinger girl. kinda slow for me. good action though. about a little girl brainwashed from her past life to be an assassin/puppet of an agency.
full metal alchemist. not bad so far. seems interesting. a little alchemy, a little bad guy ball busting.
full metal panic fumufu(sp). like the 1st FMP but more of the fun school stuff. very light so far, kinda fun.
peace maker kurogane. set a little before the "kenshin" (meiji? my jpn. history knowledge sucks) era. sorta the flip side of kenshin where they get into the shinsen gumi org. it's okay. i'm not really bored but not really intrigued.
naruto. got the yuu yuu hakusho and kenshin vibe to it. i kinda like it. i thought rock lee was the dumbest character ever created (i think i could draw him w/ a compass and a straight edge) but he's grown on me. should be good. now they just need to actually print a copy of "come come paradise"
get backers. watched the entire series. not bad i guess. seems like it cut off at the end. kinda disatisfying since it was starting to get good. but otherwise, it's a decent anime. hopefully there will be more.
gilgamesh. i don't dig the character designs. and it's a little slow for me. i doubt i'll watch more.
cromartie. high school badasses/posers. kinda funny in it's own way kinda stupid too.
tsukihime. not bad. even though i read someone's spoiler on it. should be interesting. though it's a little slow for me. guess i'm a bang bang shoot em up summer blockbuster kinda guy.
ikkitousen. fan service. i didn't get anything in the story really, just notice it's 80% fan service. if it's a TV series, i'm surprised it aires.
BTW, anyone seen Samurai Deeper Kyo? I want to know a little about it, but can't find a decent review...
And...it looks like a new Ai Yori is coming out...Ai Yori Enishi, which is a sequel to Ai Yori Aoshi. I want to get into this, it looks really cute. But I never watched the first one, other than the first ep. Can anyone enlighten me to what this is about?
Samurai Deeper Kyo looks allright. Ive only seen one episode. It was mediocre, but it seems to have alot of potential. Im going to get it just for the kick ass box. (the collectors box is made out of wood)
Can anyone tell me about Witch Hunter Robin? Not the story or anything, just if its good and what sort of anime it is. Im going to get the box for that too, if only because its cheap, and comes with the first volume, plus the soundtrack and a tshirt XD Also, I like the look of the main character XD
witch hunter robin quick description http://www.animenfo.com/animetitle,937,dkrvon,witch_hunter_ro.html or just go to animenfo.com and search witch robin
full metal panic fumoffu is funny
gundam seed is the best gundam i ever see (i only watch gwing and gx)
naruto
da capo is ok, cute girls, fan service, but i don't really like with the "extra" stories/episode...
Hmmm... I'm interested in the following as we speak:
Pitaten (Not that new but cute!)
Da Capo
and my new fav. Nurse Witch Komugi-chan! ^_^
I hope Nurse Witch makes it to Fanime, it's really cute!
.+:*MeliCat*:+.
I can make copies for you Meli-chan of Pita Ten since i have the whole series on VCD format :D It's a really cute series!
O.O
Me waaaaaannnt! XD

Me waaaaaannnt! XD
give me the CD-R's if you come to the meeting and I'll burn them for you :D
Da Capo.....I wish I had a step-sister who likes to sleep in my bed XD
(NOTE: STEP-SISTER ....not related XD)
lol Jinnai! XD Me too!
Ryudo: Aww, how come Meli gets special treatment? XD
er.....i think that you should try X-Day....it's a really good manga.....also you should try I.N.V.U. that's really good too.....
I love X-Day..now, I just wish I could find someone to cosplay Polaris lol
<3_<3
I've been wanting to check out X-Day, especially since it appears to touch on the same kind of violent teen angst I used to write about in high school.
I have the first volume of I.N.V.U. (which, if you want to get technical, is Korean "Man-Wha"--but who cares?)...but I couldn't get too much into it. I guess I'm so used to reading about Japanese teen culture that I couldn't adjust to reading about Korean teen culture.
