I'm obviously planning to be the little imp, but I want to find a cheap full body Bodysuit or zentai in California, I'm also looking for a good paint for the fabric on it for the patterns. Any Ideas or suggestions?

If you haven't already, you should ask the community at cosplay.com, they'd likely be a much better help.
