They do look cool, but I was disappointed the first time I saw them that only thing "Mega Man"-ish about them was the color. It'd be cool to have a tiny 8-bit decal on the side or the back.

i havent seen that material used since my stuffed shark toy from when I was 6 years old. Of the many retro fashions to come back, that reflective material isn't one of them.
