Hey, how come even though I pre-regged and paid the same day months and months ago...my account now shows that I haven't made any payments?

Yeah, I also double-checked my Pay Pal history, and the payment was made October 27, 2008 at 3:24 PST. COME ON FANIME, what's up?? Is it just some glitch, or...something else?
