Someone tell me, what exactly is wrong with Stu Levy and the manga put out by Tokyo Pop?

http://www.animefringe.com/magazine/00.06/feature/1/index.php3 This is a great resource on the history of Tokyo Pop, way before they were even Tokyo Pop, but known as Mixx Zinc. It's very informative and has tons of pictures and graphics.
