Alright,
this is just another (hopefully quick) question.
I've already reasoned with someone at the fanime registration email or w/e so I have picking up the actual badge down.
But to get it, do I need to be with someone over 18?
since I'm only 15 right now

You could email registration again though. Why didn't you ask that the first time?
Err, well I have a couple of stuff, that added together is accepted by the fanime registration to get my badge,
but even if that's the case, I'm wondering
do I still need someone over 18 with me to pick it up?
