Title: On vacation here in US and going only on Friday, not pre-reg?
Post by: tishie on May 21, 2009, 07:19:25 PM
I'm new to the system of conventions here in the US.  :-[ I'll arrive at around 11:00 am on Friday & I was wondering how the registration process goes... Thank you!

You'll go register at-con and enter in your own information at the computers, then go wait in line, go to the payment booth, pay, and then walk to the printing place and pick up your badge. (:

You'll need a photo ID of sorts. (:

Thank you very much! Will passports be valid ID? And if you are below 18, would you need a guardian to pay/retrieve the tickets/badges?

Aaand, are cosplayers seen in-line often? XD

Haha, I almost answered it like an e-mail.

If you have a valid ID, and if your passport is not expired, it should be fine.

As per our FAQ, if you are underage, you only need a guardian with you if you don't have government ID. You can read the FAQ for further information. But if you can pay for it yourself and have valid ID, then you don't need a guardian with you.

Depends on which day, but Friday, there should be a fair amount. (:
