Does anyone have any tips for finding / making Hakuoro's mask?

If it is, I would use a plastic mask (the type which just covers the eyes) as the base. I think that they're about a dollar at Michaels. Cut the part under the eye so that it's more like his mask. Then use model magic or creative paperclay (I favor paperclay) to cover and do detail work.
