Hello, I'm looking to buy an xbox 360 HDDVD player. Fry's sells them for $34.99, but that's too much money for something I'm just gonna rip apart.

I'm building a blue laser pointer, so I need the laser diode out of the drive.

If someone has one that they don't care about anymore or one that doesn't work (for reasons other then the laser diode going bad) I would like to buy it.

I'm looking to spend under $20, if that's possible, thanks.
