Location: 1FCC RS (inside convention center, stage on the left side at the base of the stairs)
I will be cosplaying as a very appropriate cosplay for this gathering of Super Sentai and Kamen Riders ;).

my friend is going as the green ranger from mighty morphin and i am going as the magna defender from lost galaxy

a friend and I are going to have two different costumes/series from Kamen Rider during Fanime, so depending on the time and day for the gathering we might hop on by! I'm going to have Deneb possessed Yuuto from Den-O and Shotaro from Double/W while she's going to have Ryuutaros possessed Ryotaro from Den-O and Philip from Double/W. My sister might also cosplay from these series, but it all depends on if she watches them xD;
I'm not sure if it will be ready by then, but I'm currently trying to work on a Kamen Rider Faiz suit, so please put me as a possible maybe.
I'll be Kirihiko in his salesman suit from Kamen Rider W

With Fanime creeping up upon us, it will be soon time that we picked a day and time. But for now we need a location! As action and henshin poses are a must with this gathering, outside of the convention center near the fountain is one option or the small stage just on the inside of the convention center (ground floor) is the other (as you enter, on the left side, straight across from the stairs that lead up to Center Stage). Any preferences?

This will be my first time attending this Gathering. I'll be going as MMPR Black Ranger. I hope to fit in. :)
If possible, i'll try to be Keisuke Nago from Kamen Rider Kiva. ^_^ Also my twin brother, Strider Dragon will also try to be Shinji Kido from Kamen Rider Ryuki. ^_^
Fanime is just over two (2) months away! Oh boy it's coming in fast :o.
With that said, I will be wanting to lock in a date and time for the gathering before too many spots are taken by other gatherings. As of this post I am looking at:

Location: 1FCC RS (I think is is the stage on the ground level of the Convention Center to the left side as you enter the main doors by the fountains).
If there is anyone that has conflicts with this, please post so I can see if it can be moved. Otherwise I will submit the gathering to the main thread for the slot I listed above.
Im going as Go-on Green Hanto non henshin Im ordering my jacket in the begging a April
my magna defender costume isnt the best i made everything cause i couldnt find one already made, so everything from the hemlet to the sword is made by me and its the first costume i have ever made hope it works

I'm in the same boat as you. Although, I've had my morpher and blaster blade since the 90's. ;)
I've never worked with spandex before, but I'm getting a lot of help from my coworker who use to make cheerleader outfits for schools, so...we'll see how it turns out. :-[

Well, if I pick up the legend series faiz driver, then maybe...still hoping for it to drop in price a bit; also need to get the legend series Zeronos belt.
With Fanime right around the corner, a short update for everyone (including potential photographers):
I hope to have a sort of 'schedule' for this gathering to better organize the group photos. As of this moment my idea consists of:
-Super Sentai group shot
-Kamen Rider group shot
-Super Sentai by series
-Kamen Rider by series
-All cosplayer photo
In order for this to take place, I would ask that everyone please try and stick around to the end of the gathering for the final photo shoot.
Also to photographers: Please wait till the end of the gathering to take individual photos. I understand that many might want to to get better shots of cosplayers by themselves away from the crowd, but please hold off until the end so that all cosplayers in the gathering will be around for the final shoot.
We NEED a Dr. Isaka cosplayer
I would like to give a HUGE thanks out to all those cosplayers who showed up to the gathering. The turn-out was better than what I expected :D. Also thanks to all the photographers who showed up as without you all of the cosplayers' hard work and crazy antics would not be able to be plastered all over the internet. I hope that all the participants had as much fun as I did. Time providing, I will be hosting this gathering again next Fanime.

I have a question...the last part of the photo shoot, you were using what appeared to be an older type of camera...was that a camera, or was that a Prop. ???

It was a prop I made out of foam and some other materials ;). The camera it is modeled after is a Blackbird Fly (you can find them on Amazon and such) in the custom pink color Tsukasa uses in the series.
