Being sick yesterday meant I was lying around the house and decided to watch the first episode of 07-Ghost. That lead to some quick bittorenting and I then proceeded to watch it up to the current episode 16. I like the dark under tones and with just a little humor thrown in. Anyone else?
My friend has told me that there are priests in this Anime that show little boys porn =P
This is why I have not chosen to watch it...
I have watched it since it first came out and LOVE it! In terms of the priest with porn issue, there is one bishop that likes dirty magazines and everyone gives him a hard time with it, but that's about it. It's a slow paced show, but considering the manga is not that old, it makes sense that the pace is slow so they don't get caught up too fast. Frau is by far one of the best characters I have found in any anime I have seen to date and Teito Klein's journey is interesting. I have chosen not to read the manga ahead of the anime because I like being surprised by what I see, but so far, this is definitely one of my favorite shows. I was just thinking today of cosplaying Teito and Frau at the next fanime. I'm hoping 07 Ghost becomes more mainstream in the United States because it's just awesome.
I just got caught up too! 07-Ghost is awesome!! first show that's made me cry in awhile (the whole mikage deal), and I agree it definitely has a slower pace, but it's nice to enjoy those types of shows once in awhile =].
As for the porn deal...don't not watch it because of that. One of the bishops hides porn mags in library books, big whoop. It's just one of those small comedy things thrown in.
I am also watching this series. About the porn mag, it actually isn't a porn mag to be exact. It's more like your Maxim or Sport Illustration.
When I first read the description of this series and saw some of the pic. First thing that went thru my mind was that it just another Code Geass-type story but the main character is Suzaku. But after watching the 1st ep, only thing that is similiar is really the clothing. The series is really slow paced and it listed as a 25ep series (anyone know if their a s2 for this?), so hopefully they don't just slap on an incomplete ending and call it a day. So far I am enjoying this series, but I fear a horrible incomplete/rushed ending.
If there's no S2, yes, it will definitely be a rushed ending. We'll just have to wait and see.
I hope there's a season 2, but so far I haven't heard anything. I can't imagine how they'd ever be able to wrap things up nicely in just a few more episodes.

Ugh... that would not be good. I haven't read the manga but I have looked over a couple of character and plot summaries and there is way to much story too get finished in 25 episodes. Hopefully it does well in Japan and gets a second season.
I like all three of the priests, Frau, Castor and Labrador. I am looking forward to find out more about them. Teito is also a great character. Thankfully he is not the whiny type. Hakuren is turning out to be a good friend to Teito and I like their developement.
I snagged a few episodes of it a while ago... but I haven't had a chance to watch it yet. xD

I've fallen a couple episodes behind but I'll be catching up soon. But I agree with everyone else; there is no way they'd get all the manga content into this season. I'm not even sure if it would conclude in two. Either way I'll enjoy it; anime only endings can be good if enough thought and time was put into it. I'd also enjoy seeing some of the later manga characters animated. XD
Frau isn't your typical priest nor is Teito, and the other "kids", little. I believe they are in the 14/15+ age range; and we all know pron is something most older teen boys dabble in. You really should base your like/dislike of a show on your own viewing of it and not someone else's opinions. D:

I haven't finalize yet as Fanime is still far away but yet so close. But I am leaning towards cosplaying as Ayanami.

I finished up watching it. I would definitely be disappointed if there was not a 2nd season.
I'm thinking more and more that there will be a second season. At first I wasn't sure since they changed the story a bit, but after watching ep. 25 again, I think they brought it back well enough to where it'd need to be for a second season. Besides, there's so much more story to tell.
