I'll have to talk with those in Cosplay.com first.
So far all of us there agreed that it'll be at 12:30.
Plus there are some who are going to do their skit for the Masquerade, so they have to leave early.

Hey peoples, I will orginize the Kingdom Hearts
gathering if you want me to! I already know when,
where and what time its gonna be. But I just don't
know the events in this gathering will be. If you guys
think I should orginize this KH gathering, vote if I should!
And I will start it. I really want to cosplay with KH
cosplayers this year because I think it'd be super fun!
This is my second convention after all. Otherwise I will
start the KH gathering in another thread to get more
active users to reply. And also, tell me what events
you guys are going to do, and wanting to do so I can
put them in the "Official" KH gathering thread. ^_^

Yes.. there is someone else who was, supposedly, suppose to organize the gathering... but I haven't heard from that person since like, ever. xD;
Really though... we need to make room for a KH gathering soon.
I mean, I would be the organizer, but then again I'm not much of a leader (more like a follower, LOL)

took their place and Decided to orginize the Kingdom
hearts gathering for them. lol But Im still not certian
which Hotel Im gonna be staying at though, my mom
hasn't made the registration yet.>.< But once I get her
to register for the con, I will tell you guys If Im staying
at the Hilton or not. Even if Im not staying at the Hilton,
I can maybe have a friend drive me there to the gathering
If Im staying at a Diff Hotel or something. =3

Well I do have a skit thing to do with Sora and Angel aka Kairi,
So I'll have to check to see when and what time the masquerade
schedule for the Fanime convention is. Maybe try comming to
the Kingdom Hearts gathering after your Bleach one, If you have
time, and want to that is.^^

I can tell from the activity on both forums that there are some that really want this gathering to succeed, so I am going to assist.
1. I am locking this thread ~ It makes everything really confusing for everyone.
2. There is currently not an official Kingdom Hearts 2010 thread on either forum so both will need to be created by someone who intends to organize this gathering and stay with it.
3. When the new organizer sets up the threads on this forum and on the Cosplay.com Fanime section make sure your 1st post on your thread contains the following:
Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

4. Once the organizer has completed the set up of both threads they need to pm me here on the Fanime forums with both URLs. I will then check both threads and if everything is good I will then post the thread URLs on the Threads list.
5. As people post in the threads the list on the 1st post needs to be kept up to date. This is why the thread starter is the organizer (they can update the info and arrange things at con)
6. Now I have also removed the KH gathering from the Unconfirmed gatherings section. We are starting from scratch here so don't expect this gathering to be posted onto the list right away. The new organizer will have to follow the required time submission request procedures found on post #3 here:

Take some time and read posts #1, #2, & #3 to familiarize yourself with the process for getting this gathering listed on the Gathering Info boards that are stationed around the convention. The organizer is the one who checks into the gatherings table before the gathering (Read Post #3.)
Now I have a request... for RikuCosplayer... especially if you are the one whom is going to organize this gathering.... PLEASE reduce the size of your signature picture... it is a space eater and causes the thread to load even slower on my computer. Five posts from you and the thread is halfway down the page and causes to many pages to appear.
Also, if you reply a group (2 or more) then use one post and direct your answers to each poster with in that one post.
EXAMPLE:
@RikuCosplayer: This is an example of replying you
@JohnSmith: Pocahontas isn't worth it so go back to England.
@Pocahontas: John Smith is a player so watch out!
