Hello my friend would like to buy a Dark Rukia costume, does any oen know any good place to buy it or some one very good that could be commissioned? Sorry she doesn't have internet.
I would have suggested cosplay.com or ebay but if she doesn't have internet, can you or someone help her out with searching and ordering? She might try the yellow pages or local business directory. Or a local college that has a sewing/dressmaking program to see if someone in one of the classes can help? (I assume she already checked with family/friends who sew)
