I would consider this a no-go for a variety of reasons:
1. What better way to spread con-crud (and who knows what else) than smooching on random strangers.
2. The inevitability that some icky perv is gonna try to get more than he paid for.
3. Come on, would YOU kiss some of the people who might come up to that booth?
How about traditional cold sores?
people aren't even allowed to have "free hugs" signs, because it implies soliciting for questionable deeds.
selling kisses would never be allowed.
also, it's a family convention.
