I submitted my email address to the password reset link but no email ever appears.
BTW - the reason this is important is because I never got the postcard email and I need to print one asap.

I'm looking into the issue.
Just letting you know, though, the e-postcard makes the process of obtaining your badge more speedy. However, the only thing we absolutely require during badge pick-up is the valid government issued photo ID.

So are working on it, but I would say that it's better to rely on valid government issued photo ID. As day zero has now officially started, we are busy working on getting people their badges and all of our resources are pulled on that. We do not know when the issue will get resolved, so please do plan for the worst.
You do only are required to have the aforementioned govt ID, so please bring that. If you have that, then you don't need the e-postcard.
