Ok, Everyone please try and bare with me here, I wont be able to make it to fanime (Grad week and money issues :'( ) So, MyMidnightAffair's taking over as leader but, I will still be here to update this first post as much as I can.

Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

Okay, here's the thing.. I'm not 100% sure I'll be attending next year's Fanime.. TT-TT but for now, please put me down for The Will of the Abyss, Suiseiseki :33

At this point I don't who to be for the gathering any more since I made a lot of costume from PH >< Echo, Alice, Sharon, Lotti, and Gilbert. Lol Gil is the only guy...

I'm right here and still here. Things have come up so I wont be able to attend but I am still updating the gathering forum page for everyone. xXunyuuXx will be the main leader to sign in at the gathering table

Thank you for posting and I'm sorry you won't be able to attend, but very glad you are updating this for the PH cosplayers planning to attend. Hopefully things will change so you can come, but either way thank you for staying on here and taking care of the forum thread.

No problem, It is my pleasure. Most of the people involved in this gathering are my friends, i love to help. I'm not able to come because that thursday I will be graduating from high school so my parents want my friends and I to go somewhere that weekend to celebrate. Things may change or they may not, Time will tell but I will still try to keep the forum thread updated for everyone :)

Still a work in progress but I'm hoping to finish my Cheshire cosplay in time.

Yes I will try my best. If you could maybe help pick a time or what not that would be great too :)

& maybe at an earlier time than last year?

& not many people knew about the after shoots Tea Party.
Do you think we should spread word of that too?

What we can do is set the PH Shoot at an early time, say... 1-2 PM, and have the Tea Party immediately after, it the time length of the Tea Party can go on until.. well.. I'm still unsure about that.

Yea that'd be a good idea. I'm dealing with stresses of graduation and senior trip, etc so I wont have much time to be on as May draws closer :/ if you could create a new topic that'd be great! :-\

Since Fanime is so close to Sakura Con me and Heimdall are ditching Gil & Oz for Reo & Elliot from the latest chapters since we'll have them made already :'D

It did happen, but it was very, very small. [2 Adult Gils, 2 Will of the Abyss's, & 1 Echo] We worked with what we could, so hopefully, we can plan out something much more better for the future.

I know, it was put up last minute, because apparently, our paperwork wasn't completed yet.
Since the gathering was handed to me 2 weeks(?) or so before the con, I thought every form was filled out & finished, but it wasn't.

One of the guys in charge of the gatherings wrote "Pandora Hearts gathering" in black pen, & I hoped that people checked on it, but all I got were the people I found walking through Fanime.

The photoshoot took place to the right of the fountains, & I was even yelling out "Pandora Hearts Gathering!!" and other things involving the anime. x )
One of the photographers (C2chaos) had a cardboard sign & wrote "Pandora Hearts Gathering" w/ a black permanent marker.

We did our best to reel in whoever we could find that was relevant to our different poses for the shoots.

Unfortunately, I won't be attending Fanime next year, so hopefully, Unyuu or Suiseiseki will take over.
