2010 was my first gathering and although it was a little hectic I very much enjoyed the When they cry gathering!!
(XD btw this is Ange from 2010. I'll be bringing back with me the Fem!Battler, although she might be <3Juuza Amakusa <3, Eva, or Eva-Beatrice.)

My friend and I are planning on attending as Jessie (me) and Shannon (friend). Sunday sounds great, and a tea party would be awesome :>

Help is always appreciated, however I will need to receive a pm from Mi Feng that she has handed the organizer position to you. She is running more than one gathering so if you are taking over for her in that one she can let me know that also.
In the mean time, if you copy the list and update it with current info. Post it here then I will copy that and update the first post.

The gathering was fun guys! Sorry I couldn't make the tea party, I wasn't really burned out or anything, but Battler wasn't planning on going so I decided to sit it out as well.
EDIT: I just looked thru my shots an realized Battler was the only real guy there o_O

I was planning to go as Maria, but I got really confused about the time/location about it all.
I didn't realize until it was too late that the gathering and the tea party were two separate things; I had originally thought that it would be combined into a neat little tea party gathering, but I suppose not.
So I skipped the gathering all together, thinking that it'd all be at 4:30.
When it was 4:30, however, I spent the longest time searching around the convention center for the tea party, because I hadn't a clue what CCPFH (or whatever it said on the cosplay gathering bulletin board) meant.
That was poor planning on my part; I should have looked more carefully over the forum.
I'll try my best to attend next year!

We are also very sorry that you couldn't make it this year! :( I will make sure everyone knows where this gathering is from now on.
This year's tea party + gathering was awesome! So many great cosplays and lots of funny convention stories. Hope to do this next year!
@Mi Feng: I sure hope this comes back next year! :) If you are going to run it again please change the subject line on first post to reflect 2012 & the I will add the URL to the list.
I also want let you know that CGD has out grown it's current set up @ con and will be revamped for 2012. One of the biggest changes I am doing is writting a proposal for space to have our tea parties. I would like to know if Umineko would like to use a room for the tea party portion. I haven't come up with all the specifics yet since I am still getting pricing done etc, but I would like to know which tea parties would use the space if I could manage to get it. Send me a PM and let me know what you think.
