yea sorry we tried to keep it in an area where we could enjoy ourselves and it didn't work in our favor, this year that won't happen, btw will you be cosplaying for the event?
If it's on a Tuesday or Wednesday, I'll be there. Hopefully I'll have my jacket by then. I can probably come as Kyoya or Mori.

We could always make it a PRE Fanime celebration on Day Zero, where we end the gathering by going early to pick up our badges? Just a suggestion.

If you're talking about the OHSHC gathering (you are, right? >~<' ), that's going to limit your attendees of course. I certainly won't be able to be there Day 0. : /

Sadly no I wont be, but I would love to see everyone else in costumes. I am already swamped with all the costumes I am doing! Lol!

Thanks everyone for the update, its tradition we hold the gatherin in the afternoon of day one which is Friday, I planed on keeping it that way, I was thinking about maybe 3:00 or 2:30? Any for or against that? Also evryone will be added to the list momentarily

btw guys list is updated so feel free to spread the word of the gathering, this gathering has normally been large and i do intend to try and keep that way. so keep up the good work Hosts

Hmm, okay. I'm still figuring out my general schedule for con, so I'm not quite sure yet what other times I could make it.
But aren't most of the times available already taken by other gatherings? Would you be able to see what other times may be open to move it without making the arrangement?
shouldnt be a problem just give me a good estimate when you might show and ill try and aim for that time

The BAC gathering is Friday and Noon. So if were to meet up at 11am we will one have an hour or so before some people leave. Was what i was saying.

She didnt like how short it was lol i even resubmitted it but you had to do the extender version whihc you did
