ASAHiCon 2011 is going to be a one-day con on
April 9, 2011 at Antioch High School. It's completely student run under the supervison of Jason Ebner (http://blameebner.com/) and a few other teachers, convention veterans, and parent volunteers. All funds raised by this convention will go to Antioch High's after school programs, including ASAHi (Anime Society of Antioch HIgh) and E=MC^2 (Eastern Multi-Cultural Club aka Asian Club). Admission will be $7 or $5 with a school ID.
We plan on having a 25+ system game room (larger than any other local convention), Dealer's/Swap Meet Area, Artist Alley, Anime and Asian Film rooms, panels, and plenty of room for cosplay. I'm probably forgetting something, so we might have more.

With Wonder Con the weekend before, that means I'll have two weekends filled with epic nerdy goodness in April of 2011.

Man wish my anime club at my high school was cool enough to host it's own animecon :-\ ah I'll see if I can attend :D
