I don't know if this is the right place to post this but..
For those who are interested, the seiyuu awards are starting up again and fans are able to vote for their favorite seiyuus for the Overseas Fans Choice Award. Now what does this have to do with fanime? Well my idea is that this award can make the seiyuu aware of his/her own fan base overseas and maybe encourage them to visit a convention here someday (preferably Fanime.) It might be a long shot since there's more to it than just having fans to get a seiyuu to go to a con but... you never know unless you try. If that doesn't interest you then can you just vote for fun. It won't hurt anyone anyway. ::)

Ok after seeing her acceptance speech on nico nico douga for her award, I am convinced that Miyuki Sawashiro would make a great guest of honor for fanime. She even says (in almost fluent english) that she would come to a convention abroad in her speech if she was given the chance! Looks like the overseas fan choice award did its job!
