I'm not officially registered until I get my payment in, correct? Like, I registered as soon as I got the twitter saying prereg was up, but I haven't been able to pay yet. Does that mean that I'm going to have to pay more than $45 if I don't get my payment in by today, even though I put in all my other info beforehand?
