On a Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwich, which side do you start eating first?

I personally start on the Strawberry Side.

Totally depends on my mood. Sometimes I try and eat it from the side in order to mix it up.

I always start down the middle, the vanilla. then I'd go eeny-meeny-miny-moe for the next one. Also, I always called it, Neopolian Ice Cream. XD
