if you can't make it but still want to do something RM related myself and a few of the others might be able to set up a small tea party picnic for pictures and fun ^^

Is the tea party looking to come back for 2012? If so please update your subject line on your first post to 2012.
I am also wondering if the RM tea party would be interested in being in a room? CGD has out grown it's current @con set up and need to be revamped. I am also writing a proposal to get a room for the tea parties to be held in. If this is something you would be interested in for 2012 please send me a PM and let me know.

it would be great to have a tea party also returning. i'll add it into the subject line of the first post to 2012 =) i'll add it in when i make the final decision to have the tea portion or not to have the tea portion;i hope there is a nice turn out this year ^^. it was be great to have a room for it.im hoping to have the gathering itself by the fountains where it would be easier to find for attendee's hopefully.
