So my group is currently facing a problem and one of our memebers may not be able to go, my question is, say one person bought their ticket already, can that person sell it to someone else in our group? (We all bought them seperately) Do you actually need an ID to pick it up or just the email paper?

no, unfortunately, memberships are tied to the person who purchased it and can not be transferred or sold.
