So the guy in charge of my room dropped me from it cause we got into a fight, and now I can't go. I wanted to have a fun weekend and try and rekindle my romance with my ex, but nope. Not anymore. I'm more miserable than before now.

At least I'm not the only one. I more and likely won't be making it this year due to a lack of funds. :'(

Have you tried looking in the roommates thread in the Hotel forum? Maybe you could find another room to stay in and still have fun.
