i marinade that meat for about a day before i grill it, sear it, wrap it, then slow bbq it to medium well.
Pasta. different kinds of pasta with different kinds of sauce. :D
Buta no kakuni - simmered pork. I saw it on a show once and found a recipe. Had it in New York, Seattle and Okinawa, but really like to cook it myself. But it just takes some time (boiling the pork (pork belly or boneless pork rib), then making the sauce, then cooking it all together at a simmer until the liquid is almost gone ...), well worth the wait and yummy over rice!

My favorite thing to cook is fettucine alfredo, because it is such comfort food, and I got an easy foolproof recipe.
