Are you saying as a machinima, or just taking a modern video game and cutting its cutscenes into a movie? or are you saying as a carefully edited playthrough?

That is a horrible idea, and i can't think of any game of which that would work well, you would effectively remove all context from half of the scenes, and it would be like a hero showing up, and then immediately cut to the hero walking away from a villain's subdued body. How would this be entertaining?

I think you have the Metal Gear Solid 4 movie that is cut as 5 2 hour movies. Dunno if people want to watch that since it is split up and long.

I don't think this is feasible or not (I don't think cut scenes alone make for good plot) but like...
FFXIII runs just like a movie for 98% of the game...
yes diablo 3 will be out by may 15th!!! just like star craft 2 we will do our best to get diablo 3 screened
