I got confirmation from my cosplay group that they will be going as students from other houses. I know we have atleast two Slytherins and one Ravenclaw.

I'm going to pester them into posting here to but I'm not sure if all of them are members of these forums. :3

(and...I might be going as Draco..maybe.)

I have gatherings planned for friday and saturday, and I know that a lot of people chose saturday, so why not try sunday?

Personally, if it can work around the large gatherings Saturday would be the best day for me.  Friday I'm hosting two gatherings and Sunday has an involved costume in the middle of the day so it's unlikely I could make any other gatherings.  That's just my personal situation though, don't let it interfere with group planning.

What about Sunday morning? I think it would be good to do it when it's not so hot, since most of us will be wearing sweaters and robes.

If it's Sunday I'd have to leave by 11:30 if I'm going to have enough time to get into make-up and costume for the Trinity Blood gathering.  At that point I won't be able to spend much time in him so probably wouldn't wear Snape for the gathering at all.

So don't worry about me.  Pick whatever time is best for the most people.  As a fellow organizer I know how hard it is to pick times to please.
