will they also be givin out hard-copy schedules in the packages when we pick up our registration or online only?
I'm pretty sure (99%) there will be a hard copy in the packages

Plan A is that. Plan B is to make them available at our Info Desk.
We're really trying to go with Plan A as it's just way more convenient. :)

more like one or two hundred copies short XD i really wonder how many ppl go to con cuz it seems like theres more and more ppl every year :D

Yeah, we're still baffled by that. We've printed up to 10% more than we've needed (need = number of people there) and we've still been short by a ton. There's probably a simple explanation such as people picking up one per day or something.
