So it looks I may have to apply to get three panels. I know I've seen plenty of people hosting at least two panels, but also that panel space is limited. What are my chances of getting all three if I apply for? I'm asking since I'm as cautious as possible with what I pick, and I am in situation here.
Well, from my experience with the fanfic workshops last year, your odds are probably better if you're asking for timeslots outside of primetime. My sis and I landed three panels last year (and we're hoping to do so again this year,) but only one of the three was really in a primetime slot, and one was an 18+ late-night only panel, and thus well outside the primetime window.
What Firefury said is true. Another factor is your content. We did not have any other FanFic workshop submissions aside from those 3, and it's a topic of interest, and each of the three panels was substantially different from the other two, while still in the same general theme.
I posted new guidelines this year to give people a better idea of what counts the most when we are looking over submissions, and it's now live on the panelist information page as of today. I hope that will help.

Thank you. This has really helped me. Luckily things will go smoothly.
