Title: Black and white ball dress?
Post by: Gemini on February 22, 2013, 03:59:54 PM
I know about the dress code things like the length and such but I was hoping to go to b&w ball this year in cosplay.

I feel like this is a dumb question but does my outfit actually have to be black ad white? I know you can wear formal cosplay, like last year my friend was Roy Mustang and wore the military outfit (which is blue) and I wanted to wear a dress that is black and red, but it'll probably be more red than black. I was wondering if that would be a problem? My character's outfit isn't actually a dress but the colors she wears are black and red.

Thanks for the help. Lol

*non official response*

In the past it has been stated that the attire did not have to be Black and White and that it refereed to the formality rather than a certain color scheme required.

And now for the official response.

As long as you follow the dress code requirements, which have just been posted in another thread here http://forums.fanime.com/index.php/topic,18047.0.html it does not have to be black and white.

Black and white is just the name of the dance to give it that special feel.
