Not sure if this means cosplayers are going to dress as though they're headed for the beach/summer fun. There are a few series out there that take place near or at a beach. Ika Musume is certainly one, One Piece, or even some of the high school series, at least during summer break. LOL everyone is reminded to wear some kind of footwear in the convention center!!

You remind me of the time that I waited in the registration line at Anime Central in 2008 for ten hours and fifteen minutes. It was so bad that even people who preregistered had to wait in the same line. Someone brought a beach ball and people kept batting it into the air until it was confiscated by staff. Then people improvised with inflated condoms.

Well since construction is don't there (hopefully) wont be any power outages like in 2012, and we can pick up badges in the usual area instead of a small area of a hotel like last year.
