Hello everyone!
I've been told that Linefaced/DarkenedWings and G are stepping down from organizing the gatherings here on the forums, so for this year I will be maintaining the daytime gathering as G is still interested in running it. I'm still in talks with them about the 2014 edition of Midnight King's Game, so more information will be passed along when it's available.
Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

I hope this doesn't conflict with any of the other gatherings I plan on taking part in, but if it doesn't I"ll likely go as Yu Narukami.
If it doesn't conflict with anything else, I would love to attend as either Shadow Naoto (Robot form?) or Crossdressing!Souji.
I know I'll definitely be able to make the Midnight Gathering regardless of night!
Depending on when this is, I'll probly be there as Aigis(school uniform) from Persona 3. I'm sure my P3 group would want to come, as well. :3
But if you're aiming for Saturday at 3 then I can't make it, due to a gathering around that time on that day. D:
I'm primarily aiming for the day and location from last year's event but I can easily shift the times to get the maximum amount of people to the gathering

Anytime in the afternoon on Saturday or Monday should be fine for me. I'll most likely be coming either as Naoto (summer clothes ver.) or Crossdressing Yosuke. ^^

not sure if i can make it to the daytime gathering BUT i'll definitely be at the midnight one for king's game, most likely cosplaying Rei from Persona Q :D
I'd laugh so hard if someone got away with cosplaying Mara.
i'll hopefully be able to attend both gatherings! daytime as minako arisato (femc from p3p), and the king's game as elizabeth (p3)!

Bump for info on the (Sort of) Midnight King's Game
Since the midnight gathering isn't really at midnight, idk if I can make it, now. D: I have a panel to run at 10pm that night. But depending on when Music Fest ends I can see about making it for the first hour or two! :O
I just realized that when I was adding more stuff to my schedule and adjusting the (Sort Of) Midnight King's Game. I alerted G to the situation.
I apologize for not getting the room at a later time as that's what Fanime gave me. A bit of context, the reason why I requested a room this year was that while the huge 90+ person King's Game was amazingly due to the acoustics and amount of people it just totally did a number on my voice and body. Having King's Game in a smaller venue will allow a wider variety of acts to be seen and appreciated as we'll be using the same formula as AX 2013.
With that said, Saturday has turned out to be a hectic time for me as there is a chance that I might not be seen at both events so you make sure you all have a beary good time in my place if this happens.
Ahh, a smaller venue for it makes sense. :O So don't worry about the time! I should still be able to make it, cept I'll have to leave around 9ish to get ready for my panel at 10. ;n;"
But it should be fun!

Hey guys! I hope people are still checking this, but just to clear up the confusion:
There WILL be at King's Game tonight (as in Saturday) at 8 PM in the "Fan Events" room on the second floor of the Fairmont Hotel. There will also be a regular photoshoot-type midnight gathering in the same place as the day gathering (G4) at 11:59 pm tonight! Hope you guys can make it!!

Thank you to everyone to came out to gatherings and events held this weekend! The turnout was great for both gatherings and I'm hoping that the King's Game over at the Fairmont was just as great! Thank you also to linefaced and G for helping me organize that part of weekend slate!

Just to give you all a heads up, all the pictures I took and are unedited (no post-production). We basically unload all of our pictures at the end of the day and I don't really have time to pick out the best ones in the group. You will find a bunch of blurry/out of focus or bad lighting pictures, so I would like to apologize in advance. I tried to snap pictures and find the best settings within the limit given. I also went trigger happy to try to avoid the usual eye blink that would ruin a good picture by snapping a few more.
